Combines all LinAlg Matrix AST tests into one file. While this is not strictly necessary, after the other tests have been combined or transformed into a different test, each matrix op folder had just one
ast.hlslfile remaining. So I figured it would be good to flatten these as well.Depends on #8254
Part of #8211
